Still no reply re the season ticket. I don't want to embarrass whoever is selling them by walking away so I guess I just wont bother.

The person selling the season tickets is not on the forum, have you contacted the club? I don't know by the way, whether the season ticket is with the new crest.

I notice Steve has been on here a couple of times and not commented. That's a little disappointing.

If I can give my opinion on the new crest, I see both sides of the argument. I fully appreciate people being unhappy with it changing as the old crest has the history and prestige behind it but working on the social media and media side of things, I see why the update was needed. All clubs now, whether it's Manchester United or Halesowen Town have embraced the rise of digital media and people being involved in that way. This new crest makes the club much more commercially marketable. this will enable the club to move forward, as all clubs must, if you don't move forward, then you don't stay still, you actually move backwards. Everyone involved in the club wants the club to succeed and progress and this will help to do that.

Future at the expense of history. Typical of the world we live in. I don't think any of you have the right to do it.

Without wishing to get involved. Either way, because I can see both sides. I do think that this whole situation could have been better handled . Maybe stated that it was the intention to do this some weeks ago to canvass opinion, et cetera and get a sense of the general feeling before pressing ahead with this. Because quite frankly, the whole situation could be read as we know, this move will not be necessarily popular so we will announce it anyway as a fait accompli. Whether or not this was the intention that is certainly how it could quite reasonably, you could argue be perceived.

That's a fair comment Steve. I guess ultimately people will look to you as the ultimate decision maker though.
Went to check out the season ticket situation and left empty handed. Shirts etc will go the same way. Shame, this will cost the clubs lot of money. Was told that the original was not copyrighted and this was causing a problem, well just stick it in a circle and copyright that.

I don't comment on here after last time about problem issues however there is contact details on the website for questions etc Andy plus as I've said before I'm always around the ground in the season.
