I don't/ can't disagree with the stats that you quoted. However, last season is gone and every player has a clean slate as regards this upcoming season, for me at least.
I'm sure that there will be revised opinions - both negative and positive - as it unfolds.

Just looking at his recent stats.

Didn't play a league game for Telford last season in the National League North, but played 1 cup game and scored 2 goals. He played just 15 games in the 2016/2017 season (8 for Chesterfield - 1 goal and 7 for Shrewsbury - 0 goals - both in League One). So just 16 games and 3 goals in 2 full seasons. That to me shouts injury problems? Anyone got anymore info and the lack of recent game time?

Played a handful of time for Telford last season, wiki suggests 6 times. Scored 2 in the cup against Droylesdon. Season ticket holder mate said he looked dangerous but seems things came to an end when the books were balanced

The midfield in particular looks very decent from what I saw yesterday, pleasingly they all have different attributes as midfielders. If you consider that we'll probably start with Ebanks-Blake and Hughes, four from this lot probably won't start. Great options to have!

Just three if you go 352. Admittedly that may be difficult given the lack of CB' s we have. But it's certainly an option to consider when you've got two excellent full backs in Kelly and Enok. Could see a back three of Lewis, Asa and Baker?

If we go 3-5-2 then five of them won't start as Enock and Kelly will surely be the wing back options? Irrespective, we have good options - but I wouldn't rule out Tonks either from one of the full back positions.
