FA gives up on FA Cup heritage?

Post by Noggin » 18 Apr 2024, 11:38

According to the Oracle that is Ollie Bayliss https://twitter.com/Ollie_Bayliss/statu ... 8118759572 the are abolishing replays in the FA Cup from 1st Round Proper onwards next year.

Personally I think this is further evidence that the FA only exists to pursue the interests of the premier league clubs at the expense of the rest of the game, but I would be interested in hearing the views of the forumista brigade

Won't really impact us next season. We'll win every round 1-0. We won't have the need for replays.
