The whole club is, and yet nobody questions the owners

The owners appoint the managers and give them the funds to improve the team, they can do no more
Rob and Larry, had a good track record, they bought in enough players to make a new team
A manager can not wish for more
It did not work out so they have changed the manager

So why should the manager be embarrassed for doing what they consider to be what is right for Halesowen town

The owners have done everything and more that we could have asked for. Correctly replaced JH and MC, which we all wanted, correctly replaced their replacements. Not everyone would have given Lee a crack at it, personally I think I would though, we had nothing to lose, and it's only till the end of the season as it stands. They have put up the cash to give us a fighting chance but on the field it simply hasn't worked out. That is not their fault. We probably wouldn't even be here without them.
That said, in answer to your question ADY aside from the one off season you mentioned when we had no team to speak of, I feel this is far and away the worst period I have seen in my time. We may have had worse sides pre 80s but others would have to answer that.

Actually, having Yeltz27 back is more interesting than what we've seen at the Grove this season
