Think you know better than the ref?

If you have a spare 5 mins have a go at this, I only got 4 out of 12 (hang head in shame!) the Dutch ref from Deventer should get all 12!

Some interesting scenarios in the quiz. Pity they don't give you the answers as I'd really like to know which three I got wrong.
