Watched him on football focus yesterday before heading up to our game. Can't believe he has gone in such circumstances. Great player who I saw play a number of times. He was popular wherever he went and looked to be about to create something special with Wales. Things like this put a lot of things into perspective.

Gary Speed must have been in a very dark place,and must have planned it for a while
