Time for another question:
From where is Question Time coming tonight?
Clue: no points for a correct answer
And Barrow again. Apparently they want to see if they can bump each others heads off the studio ceiling.....

Chronologically I think, when I looked at it last week, Stuart Evans was at Hereford before The Yeltz as did Rob Warner

There was also, of course

And not forgetting Matt Gardiner, now at QPR under Steve MacLaren.
A good stint at QPR for Matt has come to an end with their managerial change

Was that the same Matt Gardiner who played for us then? I think we signed him from Stour?

The question was, “In which town did Westy and Doc get thrown out of a pub for picking each other up in order to bounce their heads off the ceiling?”
Okay, times up on this one.
It wasn't Barrow (although we did play them on the afternoon), it was actually Ulverston. Birthplace of Stan Laurel. And the pub? The Stan Laurel arms. We stayed in the Stan Laurel Bed and Breakfast Palace, had fish and chips from The Stan Laurel Fish Bar, etc ad nauseum.
.

Yeah, that maybe so but no-one supplied the correct answer in four years so I thought it best to close the quiz so folks can sleep at niht without worrying ;)
As for doing it twice, well that's my secret I'm afraid (I've no idea how really!) ::)

Not Pie Arce related, but seeing as he’s been referred to earlier in the thread, Matt Gardiner’s been announced as part of the new backroom team at St Andrews.
